We would like to introduce a case study of our hybrid actuator "HySerpack" used in the hydraulic steering and roll reduction systems of ships. Hybrid Actuator "HySerpack" *Technical documentation available

Rotate the hydraulic pump with a servo motor and control the discharge direction of the hydraulic pump. There are no control valves or piping, and no hydraulic work is required. There is also no power required to maintain the stop position.

The hybrid actuator "HySerpack" developed by our company does not require a control valve and can control thrust and rod position with high precision. It rotates a hydraulic pump with a servo motor, and the forward and reverse rotation of the servo motor controls the discharge direction of the hydraulic pump. Since there is no need for a directional control valve and the discharge amount of the working oil can be controlled by adjusting the rotation speed, oil quantity control is also unnecessary. We would like to introduce a case study of our hybrid actuator "HySerpack" installed in the continuous casting equipment molten steel flow control device at Nippon Steel Corporation Fukuyama Steelworks. It is used for controlling the flow of molten steel in the bloom (special steel) continuous casting equipment. The viscosity of molten steel heated to 1600°C is lower than that of water, so very fast responsiveness is required to control its flow. "HySerpack" demonstrates control characteristics that are comparable to or better than conventional servo valves, while the power consumption is approximately 1/50 compared to conventional products, making it a key player in reducing environmental impact. [HySerpack Construction Case] Distributed Pressure Type Press Brake

The distributed pressurization of 8 hybrid actuators significantly reduces the rigidity of the ram.

We would like to introduce a case study of our hybrid actuator "HySerpack" used in a distributed pressure type press brake. Conventional press brakes predominantly use a method where hydraulic cylinders apply pressure from both sides of the ram. Induction Motor Driven Hybrid Actuator

Since each incorporates a linear scale for feedback control, it is possible to operate the two hydraulic cylinders in extremely high precision synchronization.

The "Induction Motor Driven Hybrid Actuator" can move two hydraulic cylinders in exactly the same way. Since each cylinder is equipped with a linear scale for feedback control, the accuracy of synchronous operation is within 0.1% of full scale, making it extremely precise.
