The indoor unit is coated with cation paint, and the outdoor unit is treated with heavy salt damage prevention paint to implement rust prevention measures.

We would like to introduce a case where the FEB-HP series, capable of duct connection and localized response, was implemented at Adventure World in Wakayama Prefecture as a measure against heatstroke. Since the installation site is a semi-open facility, we proposed the "FEB-HP TypeR," which allows for duct connections to multiple outlets, enabling airflow to distant areas. Given the proximity to the sea, the indoor unit was treated with cationic coating, and the outdoor unit was processed with heavy salt damage-resistant coating to prevent rust. After installation, we received positive feedback, stating, "The number of guests expressing that it is 'hot' has clearly decreased, and we feel we made a wonderful choice in such a challenging semi-outdoor environment." [ESCO Project Case Studies] Kawachi Yakuhin Co., Ltd. / Chofu City Hall

We will introduce case studies of ESCO projects that are fundamentally based on covering all costs (construction costs, interest, expenses of ESCO operators) with the savings from reduced utility costs achieved through energy-efficient renovations. At Kawachi Yakuhin, temperature sensors were installed in the store to implement intermittent operation to avoid excessive cooling and heating. Additionally, by adding an initial illumination correction function to the lighting, energy savings were achieved while maintaining a constant brightness in the store. After the introduction of the ESCO project, they successfully reduced annual energy consumption by 16.1%. At the Chofu City Hall, various energy-saving methods were implemented, including the renovation of gas absorption chillers to high-efficiency blind heat pump chillers and ice thermal storage.
