On-Demand Video: Spatial Biology Analysis

Enables multiplex imaging with up to 9 colors.

[Available for viewing at any time] We will explain high-speed, low-damage image acquisition using the Invitrogen EVOS S1000 Spatial Imaging System, along with advanced image analysis utilizing spatial information with the HALO analysis software from Indica Labs, incorporating practical examples. Recommended for: - Those interested in spatial biology/spatial proteomics research who want to systematically understand the entire process from imaging to analysis. - Those who are already conducting or considering implementing multiplex imaging (multiple immunostaining). - Those who feel limited by traditional four-color fluorescence observation and want to engage in higher-dimensional spatial information analysis. - Those who want to clarify the differences and appropriate uses of cyclic imaging and spectral unmixing methods. - Those who want to know how to analyze and quantify image data obtained from the EVOS S1000 Spatial Imaging System. - Those interested in practical applications of immune cell phenotyping and spatial analysis using HALO. - Those who want to understand how AI can be specifically utilized in spatial analysis within a workflow.
