[Case Study] Significantly Improved Operational Efficiency in the Management Department through Integration with kintone

Automating tasks such as expense reimbursement processing! The no-code data integration tool "ASTERIA Warp" is the key to realizing the "Presidential Button Concept."

This is a case study of the implementation of ASTERIA Warp at CyberAgent, Inc., which operates in the media business, internet advertising business, and gaming business. At the company, business data maintained in Excel for each subsidiary was not normalized, became personalized, and format changes were frequent, making system integration with the headquarters difficult. After the implementation, both ASTERIA Warp and kintone enabled speedy development without programming. Furthermore, personalization was eliminated. [Challenges] - Frequent format changes made system integration with the headquarters difficult. - Each subsidiary performed individual sales calculations and expense reimbursement processes. With over 100 subsidiaries, the management burden increased. - Manual management of the HR master: When establishing a subsidiary, headquarters personnel manually created the subsidiary's HR master, becoming a bottleneck for early subsidiary launch. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Technical Information Magazine 201905-01 Crystal Orientation Analysis with High Spatial Resolution

The technical information magazine The TRC News provides the latest information on analytical techniques that are useful for research and development, solving production troubles, and quality control.

**Abstract** Using the TEM-based crystal orientation analysis system "ASTAR," it is possible to achieve higher spatial resolution than that of SEM-based EBSD (with spatial resolution of various EBSD methods being around tens of nanometers, while the ACOM-TEM method using ASTAR achieves 2 to 5 nm). Additionally, it is characterized by the ability to identify a greater variety of crystal structures. By obtaining crystal orientation maps, crystal phase maps, and grain size distributions that are difficult to acquire through conventional TEM analysis, quantitative interpretation becomes possible. Furthermore, since measurements can be taken in the same field of view as TEM observations, it allows for complex analyses combined with (S)TEM-EDX/EELS and the use of in-situ TEM. **Table of Contents** 1. Introduction 2. ACOM-TEM Method Using ASTAR 3. Examples of Analysis Using ASTAR 4. Conclusion

Technical Information Magazine 201904-02 Cellulose Nanofiber Structural Analysis

The technical information magazine The TRC News provides the latest information on analytical techniques that are useful for research and development, solving production troubles, and quality control.

**Abstract** In the research and development of CNF, the use of electron microscopy for observation has become a necessary evaluation across almost all material fields and research phases. Particularly for observing CNF dispersed in polymers using TEM, it is essential to employ the technique of "electron staining," which has been crucial for preparing TEM samples of polymer materials. In this presentation, we will introduce examples of morphological observations of composite materials using CNF, as well as observation cases of the CNF itself, structural analysis examples such as crystallinity measured by 13C solid-state NMR, and examples of compositional sugar analysis using acid hydrolysis HPLC-fluorescence detection. **Table of Contents** 1. Introduction 2. Overview of Morphological Observation 3. Observation Cases of CNF and CNF/Polymer 4. Evaluation of CNF Crystallinity 5. Compositional Sugar Analysis of CNF (HPLC-Fluorescence Detection) 6. Conclusion

Predicting the demagnetization state due to external factors that cause a magnet to lose its magnetism through analysis!

We would like to introduce the "Magnet Demagnetization Analysis of Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (IPMSM)" conducted by our company. The analysis mode is transient response analysis, and the motor specifications are 3-phase, 8-pole, 48-slot, with distributed winding. The driving condition is 3,000 min-1. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the demagnetization occurs at locations on the rotor core where the magnetic flux density is high, and it was also determined that the surrounding temperature of 125°C affects the coercivity reduction of Nd-Fe-B magnets. 【Analysis Conditions (Partial)】 ■ Analysis Mode: Transient Response Analysis ■ Motor Specifications: 3-phase, 8-pole, 48-slot, distributed winding ■ Driving Condition: 3,000 min-1 ■ Magnet Surrounding Temperature: 125°C ■ Location of Electrical Short Circuit: Between Stator Windings *Details of the case can be viewed via the related link. [Analysis Case] Air Gap Magnetic Flux Density Analysis of Built-in Magnet Synchronous Motor

Understanding the magnetic flux density in the air gap is important! Here are some examples of magnetic flux density analysis for the relevant area.

We would like to introduce the "Air Gap Magnetic Flux Density Analysis of Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (IPMSM)" conducted by our company. The analysis mode used was transient response analysis, and the driving conditions were no load at 3,000 min-1, with the analysis executed at the 45° position in the right diagram for 1/8 of the section (2D). As a result of the analysis, it was found that the magnetic flux density penetrating the air gap between the stator and rotor changes relative to the excitation timing of the stator coil with respect to the rotating rotor. Therefore, analyzing the dynamic behavior is considered an effective approach. 【Analysis Conditions】 ■ Analysis Mode: Transient Response Analysis ■ Motor Specifications: 3-phase / 8-pole / 48-slot, distributed winding ■ Driving Conditions: No load / 3,000 min-1 ■ Analysis executed at the 45° position in the right diagram for 1/8 of the section (2D) ■ The air gap (air layer) between the stator and rotor is processed in 4 layers *For detailed information about this case, please refer to the related links. [Example] Seamless integration with overseas accounting software

Integrate QuickBooks with kintone/Tableau! Achieve it with a no-code data integration tool!

We would like to introduce a case study of "ASTERIA Warp Core" implemented at Hoshino Resorts Co., Ltd. When business systems start operating under local rules, it typically takes 5-6 years for a replacement. The company was required to complete the integrated system before the opening of "Hoshinoya Guoguan" (Taiwan), scheduled to open in four months. Therefore, this product was introduced. As a result, we achieved ultra-fast development, completing the labor cost allocation processing in 1/30 of the effort required for scratch development, and we were able to finish the system one month before the opening. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
