[Case Study] Reduction of sealing work during the filling of powdered seasonings.

We will introduce a case study that reduces the risk of the contents being pinched during sealing!

The film used to package powdered or liquid contents needs to be sealed during filling, but due to the wide 1200mm bag, this sealing process became a burden for our customers. Therefore, we proposed a packaging film with a pre-made inlet. The top and bottom of the bag are sealed, and the top sealing area has been specially processed to allow for opening. As a result, the task that previously required two seals has been reduced to one, alleviating the sealing work for our customers. [Case Study] ■ Proposed Industries: Chemical Industry, Food Industry ■ Issue: - The wide 1200mm bag made sealing during filling problematic. ■ Target Items: Powdered chemicals, powdered seasonings *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] We want to apply degassing processing to the base material of packaging film.

Contributing to raising the standards of quality and delivery times! Introducing product examples of raw materials processed with degassing.

At a plastic container molding manufacturer, the main packaging target was plastic products, but due to the high volume of food container packaging, there was a strong demand for quality, delivery times, and a clean factory environment free from dust contamination. After inspecting the factory, we submitted sample products. Although the processing methods were similar, there were variations in material, thickness, and width, so we explained the advantages and disadvantages for each sample. By applying vacuum processing inline to LL and HD raw materials, we contributed to improving productivity and raising the standards of quality and delivery times. Some manufacturers also requested not only raw material delivery but also bag-making processing, and we were pleased to accommodate their needs in detail. [Case Study] ■ Proposed Industry: Plastic Container Molding Manufacturer ■ Issue Details - Due to the high volume of food container packaging, they wanted to purchase from a company that offered quality, delivery times, and environmental considerations. ■ Target Item: Packaging of plastic products (molded items) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Need for wide raw materials for containers and large inner bags.

Introducing examples of wide raw materials and large inner bags for containers used to store food ingredients, resins, and industrial chemicals!

As the size of the items to be packaged increases, the width of the packaging film needs to be wider. When the film becomes wider, it tends to have quality issues and longer lead times, making it difficult to meet the customer's desired quality and delivery schedule, which led to this consultation. In response, we introduced our large inflation machine with a maximum width of 3 meters, along with techniques such as manual processing and large square-bottom processing. We proposed various raw material blends and special manual processing to address the customer's challenges. As a result, we utilized our equipment and technology, including processing with the 3-meter large inflation machine, large automatic square-bottom processing, and special manual processing, to meet the customer's requirements in terms of quality and delivery time. [Case Study] ■ Proposed Industries: Food, Resin, Industrial Chemicals ■ Issue: Purchasing from a company that balances quality, delivery time, and factory environment ■ Target Items: Food materials, Resins, Industrial chemicals *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Looking for additive-free film for packaging food additives.

It is possible to procure materials that match the intended use! We propose bags that have undergone special processing.

Additives can precipitate on the surface of bags and may affect the packaged products, so it is necessary to have packaging bags that do not contain additives. There was also a request for a thickness of 50μm or more to ensure tear resistance. Our company is capable of processing various special treatments while meeting requirements, and we can propose bags with special processing. Since we can obtain a variety of additive-free raw materials, we can procure materials that match the intended use. When it comes to being additive-free, durability and processability tend to decrease, but by selecting suitable raw materials and processing methods according to your needs, it is possible to achieve sufficient suitability even without additives. 【Case Study】 ■ Proposed Industry: Food and Industrial Chemicals ■ Issue: Need thick bags over 50μm without additives ■ Target: Food additives, etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Film that can be removed from the production line without using cutting tools.

Achieving usability! Examples of films used to package processed foods such as freeze-dried products and processed meats.

Using a blade to open packaged food decreases usability, so until now, we had a structure that allowed users to open the NY bag by making notches on the side. However, due to high costs, we were looking for an alternative method. Therefore, we propose a bag that can be easily opened without the use of a blade by adding a special material to our three-layer co-extruded film. Through our unique processing and the know-how we have cultivated over the years, we have succeeded in significantly reducing costs while maintaining quality. [Case Study] ■ Proposed Industry: Food ■ Issue Details - Currently using NY bags with notches, but it is excessive in specifications and costly. ■ Target Product: Freeze-dried and processed meat *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
