[Use Case] Improving paper-based work instructions on the manufacturing line with ESL.
Electronic shelf labels (ESL) can easily create and edit work instructions by integrating with dedicated software!
In the manufacturing line, we will introduce a case where work instructions were previously given on paper but were improved using electronic shelf labels (ESL). In recent years, improving work efficiency in manufacturing sites has become an important issue. Traditional paper-based work instructions are prone to delays in information transmission and human errors, which can lead to decreased work efficiency and potential quality issues. As a result, there is growing attention on utilizing electronic shelf labels for work instructions. [Challenges] ■ Work instructions are provided on paper, but information transmission is insufficient. ■ Creating work instruction documents is time-consuming. ■ Disposing of paper work instructions feels wasteful. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
