[Application Example] Shielded Environment for Measuring Microcurrents and High Resistance, Partial Discharge Testing
We provide shielded boxes that can accommodate various fixture sizes for measuring microcurrent, high resistance, and conducting partial discharge tests.
High resistance measurements are conducted across a wide range of fields, including electrical insulation materials used in secondary batteries and semiconductors, electronic components such as capacitors and printed circuit boards, as well as various synthetic resins and rubber materials, from research and development to manufacturing and quality inspection.
To accurately measure leakage currents of semiconductor devices under high voltage application with high sensitivity and precision, it is necessary to minimize induced noise, electrostatic coupling, and error currents by ensuring complete shielding from the equipment under test (EUT) to the measuring instruments.
