In grating, forklifts, which have a smaller tire contact area than 25-ton large vehicles, often experience more severe load conditions, especially in areas with frequent steering changes where the main components of the grating may collapse, leading to challenges in product selection. The load conditions suitable for counterbalance forklifts (reach trucks are excluded) are set according to our company standards, and we have standardized products that feature checker plates (chequered steel plates) attached to the top surface of the grating. By attaching the checker plates, there is no concern about the collapse of the main components of the grating, allowing for safe use even in harsh traffic environments such as factories and logistics warehouses. - As an option, handle hole processing and recessed handles are available. Please use one lid for every ten pieces for opening and closing. - The applicable load is set with an impact coefficient (i) of 0.4 for both cross ditches and side ditches.
