We have made it possible to improve reliability through the realization of traceability with the introduction of a capper!

◆Customer's Concern The automatic capper we are currently using is aging and the torque has become unstable. We would like to consider an update, but we want to incorporate features that would be an improvement over what we currently have. ◆Namix's Proposal We proposed a fully automatic capper with a tightening torque data collection feature. Since it manages the tightening torque using a digital torque sensor, it can expel caps that are either too tight or too loose, as well as those that are misaligned due to material defects. This allows us to eliminate items that were previously checked manually, significantly improving product accuracy. Additionally, we added a full cover that was not present in the existing machine, enhancing safety. ◆Results of Implementation → By managing the tightening torque, traceability is possible, and reliability has improved. ● You can check the details from the "Homepage" below.
