◆Customer's Concern The automatic capper we are currently using is aging and the torque has become unstable. We would like to consider an update, but we want to incorporate features that would be an improvement over what we currently have. ◆Namix's Proposal We proposed a fully automatic capper with a tightening torque data collection feature. Since it manages the tightening torque using a digital torque sensor, it can expel caps that are either too tight or too loose, as well as those that are misaligned due to material defects. This allows us to eliminate items that were previously checked manually, significantly improving product accuracy. We would like to introduce a case where we supplied a semi-automatic filling capper for the production of products for overseas end users to a long-established chemical manufacturer with over 130 years of history. For this customer, we introduced a semi-automatic filling capper for chemicals used in LCDs for televisions and computers. Previously, the customer was producing with equipment dedicated to 10L containers, but due to recent digitalization and the increase in demand for chemicals used in LCDs, their overseas end users requested equipment capable of producing 20L containers. After the introduction, they became able to manufacture 20L products, allowing for the production of products with different capacities using a single machine.
