Steatite for insulation materials used in environments below 1000°C.

Steatite is relatively inexpensive and has excellent machinability. We can handle everything from raw material procurement to manufacturing, accommodating everything from a single prototype to mass production!

"Steatite" is primarily used as an insulator in environments below 1000°C. It has superior mechanical strength and electrical insulation compared to ordinary porcelain, making it possible to manufacture high-precision components. Due to its relatively low cost and good machinability, it is also effective as an alternative for various machinable ceramic parts, such as small quantities. Our company conducts consistent manufacturing from material procurement to production at the raw material factory. Heat shock resistant ceramics "Kojilight" *Materials available!
