Looking ahead, we developed the cleaning tank itself! Here we introduce a case where we challenged the cleaning of large workpieces.

Our company, specializing in cleaning, often received requests for cleaning various local products as the final process in product manufacturing. However, the request from Company M was for degreasing materials before processing, specifically long wire rods measuring 2 to 3 meters. Until then, the company had been performing degreasing by wiping with rags, but due to inconsistencies in the process and significant impacts on subsequent processes, they sought a contractor capable of high-quality degreasing and found us. At that time, we did not have a cleaning tank that could accommodate long workpieces, but we developed a cleaning tank with an eye on the future. As a result, we were able to provide degreasing cleaning of sufficient quality, and we began to receive regular requests.
