The ENV200 model consists of a transmitter and a receiver, and it receives ultrasonic waves emitted from the transmitter. When the sludge concentration in the piping increases, the received wave attenuates. This attenuation rate is output as a change in sludge concentration.
There are three types of sensors available: spool piece type, tank installation type, and clamp-on type, which can measure different ranges. The EEAM method is employed, which not only uses the amplitude change of the received signal but also saves the envelope of the received signal and calculates its energy. Additionally, to enhance the reliability and stability of measurements, it is equipped with a PCM algorithm.
