Wuhe Road Co., Ltd. Rising Permeable Water Method

Methods to prevent cracks in garden paths and the formation of puddles in the ground after rainfall.

The "Rising Permeable Water Retention Method (Permeable Water Retaining Soil-Based Pavement)" is a technique that involves mixing additives into the soil to transform it into a granular structure, enhancing its permeability and water retention capabilities. It allows for adjustments in hardness, making it suitable for a wide range of applications from soft grounds to firmer paths and weed control. The mechanism involves improving the soil into a three-dimensional mesh-like granular structure, which enhances the permeability and water retention of rainwater. The improved granular soil binds particles together to form clumps, facilitating better water flow. 【Examples of Use】 ■ Pathways → As a natural paving material, it harmonizes with the surrounding landscape. → There is minimal change in the hardness of the paving material after rainfall, reducing the occurrence of "cracking." ■ Weed Control → By covering the surface with soil that has permeability and water retention, it suppresses weed growth while returning rainwater to the ground. ■ Grounds → Improved permeability and enhanced drainage function help reduce the formation of puddles after rainfall. Waffle Wide Slab Method

Formwork material that realizes large spaces with high-strength waffle slabs. The specially shaped polystyrene foam exhibits excellent sound insulation and thermal insulation performance.

The "Waffle Wide Slab Method" uses insulation material made of expanded polystyrene foam (EPS) with dimensions of 910mm in width, 1,820mm in length, and 50mm in thickness to form a waffle-shaped slab. This product, which suppresses floor deflection by allowing concrete to enter in a grid pattern during construction, enables the creation of large spaces up to 10m x 10m without load-bearing walls. It also possesses sound insulation performance that meets the weight floor impact sound level LH-50 and has been confirmed to meet the highest grade "5" performance level of the Japan Housing Performance Display Standards. Additionally, the back of the panel is equipped with steel bars that can be fastened with screws at 303mm intervals, eliminating the need for substructure installation and allowing for direct attachment of interior materials. Water Treatment Facility (Industrial Water Tank) Z Mortar S-HB Method

It meets the water quality standards for water supply facilities set by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and can be applied to the inner surface of concrete water tanks in water supply facilities.

This technology is a hybrid type of cross-section restoration and protective coating method using mortar and an impregnation material. It deeply impregnates the fiber-reinforced, fast-setting type Z Mortar S-1 with a special silane-based impregnation material called "Zic Guard S." This suppresses water absorption and carbonation, enhancing resistance to chlorides. Additionally, the mortar mixed with high-quality fly ash promotes long-term strength development through pozzolanic reactions. 【Features】 ■ Hybrid type of mortar and impregnation material ■ Suppresses water absorption and carbonation ■ Enhances resistance to chlorides ■ Meets the water quality standards for water supply facilities as per Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare regulations ■ Applicable to the inner surfaces of concrete water tanks in water supply facilities *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Heat insulation method "Top Heat Barrier ATIS & AYAS"

A mere 0.1mm energy-saving revolution! Introducing a new direct-adhesive method for roof and exterior walls.

We would like to introduce our heat insulation method, "Top Heat Barrier ATIS & AYAS." "ATIS" is a versatile heat insulation method that can be directly attached to various materials such as metal, ceramics, wood, resin, and concrete using double-sided tape or adhesive, without creating an air layer, thereby preventing conductive heat transfer. "AYAS" is a method that combines the high reflectivity of traditional heat insulation materials with the new method "ATIS." The heat insulation performance remains almost unchanged from the conventional method, while significantly improving material reduction and work efficiency. 【Features of ATIS】 ■ Compatible with various materials such as metal, ceramics, and paper, making its applications very broad ■ Excellent heat insulation effect, achieving significant energy savings ■ Does not require a reflective space on the heat supply side, eliminating the need for installation of battens, etc. ■ No air layer on the heat supply side allows for effective use of space ■ Installation can be done using conventional methods, making it easy to construct *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Top Heat Barrier Insulation Method

Introducing a thermal insulation material and direct bonding method that creates innovative energy-saving effects for measures against heatstroke!

This is an introduction to our heat insulation method using the heat insulation material "Top Heat Barrier." Until now, heat insulation has been fundamentally based on the reflection of radiant heat by insulation materials, requiring a reflective air space between the heat source and the insulation material. Our developed "direct application method," which utilizes the "low emissivity performance of insulation materials," does not require a reflective air layer on the heat source side. In other words, there is no need to create a space with spacers, allowing for a shorter construction period and a more cost-effective method. Moreover, it can utilize the performance of insulation materials with an emissivity of about 2-10%, resulting in innovative energy-saving effects. 【Lineup (excerpt)】 ■ Indoor heat insulation ■ Outdoor heat insulation ■ High-temperature equipment insulation ■ Outdoor equipment insulation ■ Tent insulation *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Soil recycling technology Bontelan method

A method for recycling pond bottom sediment and embankment excavation soil into high-performance ground materials.

<Overview of the Technology> The Bontelan method is a technology that repurposes bottom sediment accumulated in agricultural ponds or excavation soil from embankments, which are traditionally deemed unsuitable for use as fill, into high-performance ground materials for the repair and reinforcement of embankments. <Purpose and Objectives of Development> The repair of agricultural pond embankments requires high-quality soil with excellent strength and impermeability; however, it has become difficult to obtain such soil around these ponds. On the other hand, these ponds often have thick deposits of bottom sediment, which can lead to reduced water storage capacity and deteriorating water quality, thereby hindering or diminishing the functionality of the ponds. Bottom sediment typically contains a high proportion of clay and silt, and due to its generally high water content, it is not easy to dispose of. Therefore, there has been a demand for technology that actively repurposes this material into ground materials from environmental and economic perspectives. In response, we developed the Bontelan method by mixing and stirring fiber-based soil improvement material "Bonfiber" and a solidifying agent into the bottom sediment of agricultural ponds, thereby adding excellent strength characteristics, high seismic resistance, and high durability. There was no earthquake damage to all embankment fill and pond embankment construction carried out using this method before the earthquake. In the 2011 Construction Technology Forum, it was selected as one of six technologies from a total of 165 submissions as a "technology that proved effective during the Great East Japan Earthquake."

Low discharge high friction method "ATT Column STKT590"

Towards further high support capacity: Environmentally friendly low-dust high-friction construction method "At Column"

The ATT column, which started as a friction pile for soft ground, has seen an increase in adoption as a tip-supported pile due to improvements in drilling capacity through the introduction of high-torque machinery. By incorporating high-tensile steel pipe STKT590, the "pile material capacity," which was often insufficient when used as a tip-supported pile, has significantly increased, enabling more economical foundation design compared to conventional ATT columns. 【Features】 ○ Exhibits large vertical and horizontal forces ○ Demonstrates high pull-out resistance For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
