Specialized for strongly acidic soils, new natural growth-type greening method "Soil Bacteria Strongly Acidic Countermeasure Method."

It is a new natural growth-type greening method specialized for more acidic soils, based on the conventional soil bacteria method.

**Soil Bacteria Strong Acidity Countermeasure Method** The "Soil Bacteria Strong Acidity Countermeasure Method" is an effective vegetation technique for slopes that contain factors inhibiting vegetation, such as strongly acidic soil (pH ≤ 3). By combining a shielding layer created through soil cement spraying with a vegetation foundation layer established using soil bacteria methods, it provides stable greening in areas where conventional vegetation has been considered difficult. **Soil Bacteria Strong Acidity Countermeasure Method System** In the "Soil Bacteria Strong Acidity Countermeasure Method," the factors inhibiting vegetation present in the ground are shielded by soil cement spraying, and a vegetation foundation layer is created on the surface. The hard shielding layer made from soil cement spraying restricts not only the growth of plant roots but also the supply of moisture and nutrients, meaning that the vegetation foundation layer constructed on top of the shielding layer will depend heavily on many conditions for plant growth. Taking this into account, the vegetation foundation layer employs a soil bacteria method that possesses self-fertilizing capabilities, eliminating the need for additional fertilization.

Teratec Construction Report: School

Solving problems at school! Introducing "TerraTech" construction examples for settlement correction and void filling.

We would like to introduce a case where we solved problems caused by subsidence and voids at a school using the Teratec method. 【Problem】 We received a consultation from a junior high school in Yamagata Prefecture stating, "The classroom floor is sagging, and the desks are wobbling." Upon investigation, it was confirmed that voids were present under the floors in six classrooms due to long-term ground subsidence. 【Reason for Choosing Teratec】 It was believed that the methods to address ground subsidence of concrete floors were either to redo the flooring or to apply a topping and adjust the level. However, considering the time required for moving, demolition work, and the curing period after concrete pouring, it was determined that the construction would take more than a month, making it difficult to complete during the summer vacation. Therefore, the Teratec method was adopted. 【Feedback After Construction】 By utilizing the summer vacation period to implement this method, we were able to completely eliminate the wobbling of desks and chairs. *For more details, please visit the external link page or feel free to contact us. https://teretek.jp/plus/case/school Toll-free number: 0120-873-835

The first step in warehouse automation is the "Terra Tech Method" from the level of the floor.

Currently, with the advancement of delivery management and warehouse automation utilizing AI and big data, the levelness of the facility's floor is an important theme for the introduction of automation equipment.

If the floor is not level... ☑ The installation of high-rise racks will require liner support, causing anxiety! ☑ There is a possibility that high-pick operators may fall, making it unusable! ☑ There may be obstacles to the operation of AGVs (automated guided vehicles)! ☑ High stacking of pallets and nestainers may become tilted and impossible! The "TerraTech Method" levels the floor's tilt and subsidence in a short construction period. ◆ What is the TerraTech Method? Is your warehouse's concrete floor tilted or sunken? The TerraTech Method involves injecting TerraTech resin beneath the concrete floor, using its expansion force to return the sunken floor to level and fill any voids underneath. This patented method corrects the "tilt," "sinking," "steps," and "deflection" of the concrete floor without damaging it, and does so in a short period. Please feel free to contact us. Pest Control: The 'TerraTech Method' fills habitats and entry points with resin.

Leave pest control and foreign matter intrusion prevention for factories and warehouses to us! We will fill the gaps and shut out intrusions!

The "Teratec Method" is a technique for filling voids under floors that have developed over time with Teratec resin. The voids under the floor created by aging deterioration become ideal hiding places for insects. Harmful organisms breed using the dirty water from cleaning the floors as a nutrient source, and they invade the facility through cracks and routes where contaminated water flows in. This method not only eliminates the entry points and habitats for pests by filling the voids under the floor, but it also reduces the risk of insect emergence from beneath the floor. Furthermore, it can be implemented at night, allowing the factory to operate from the morning. 【Features】 ■ Fills habitats and blocks entry points ■ Long-term pest control ■ Can be implemented without stopping operations ■ Nationwide construction support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. "Are you only considering redoing and repainting?" A method with overwhelmingly short construction time.

Short construction period! No damage to the floor! No interruption to operations! Available 24/7 throughout Japan.

"I replaced it six months ago. If I had known about this method earlier." This is a voice from our customers that we hear at exhibitions and other events. 【What is the Teratech Method?】 Unlike traditional methods of replacement or resurfacing, this method restores floor slopes, subsidence, and unevenness to a level surface without breaking the floor and without stopping operations. It is a patented method that injects Teratech resin beneath concrete floors (roads) to fill voids under the floor with its expanding force, bringing the sunken floor back to level. Since it uses injection holes smaller than a one-yen coin (6mm) to inject expanding resin without breaking the floor, there is no need to remove goods or machinery. This means there are no additional costs for moving items, temporary storage during construction, or disposal of industrial waste, aside from the construction costs. 【Main Features】 1: Can be constructed without stopping operations 2: Short construction period (150 to 200 square meters in about 8 hours) 3: No need to move goods, racks, or machinery since the floor is not broken 4: Normal use is possible immediately after construction For more details, please view the catalog from the "PDF Download" section. Feel free to contact us by phone (0120-873-835) or email (info@mainmark.co.jp).

Polyurethane injection "Teratec method" for addressing floor tilt, subsidence, step differences, and voids.

If you're troubled by floor tilting, sinking, unevenness, or voids! With construction that doesn't damage the floor, we won't stop operations and will provide an overwhelmingly short construction period!

●What is the Teratech Method... It is a patented method that injects rigid polyurethane foam "Teratech resin" under concrete floors, filling voids beneath the floor with its expansion force and leveling sunken floors. Since it does not damage the floor, there is no need to move shelves or machinery, allowing operations to continue without interruption! ▼Various issues we have resolved 【Tilt】 - Struggling with uneven factory floors. I want to make the concrete floor flat. - The warehouse floor has a gentle slope, causing automatic racks to misalign and malfunction. - The area where machinery is installed has sunk, resulting in tilting of the machinery. 【Settlement】 - The concrete floor is sinking towards the center. - The gymnasium floor at the school is sinking except for the underground beams. - There are depressions on the warehouse floor, raising concerns about product storage and worker safety. 【Step Differences】 - Struggling with floor step differences and tilts. I have repaired it with additional concrete but want a fundamental solution. - There is a step at the entrance of the refrigerated warehouse, making it difficult for forklifts to pass. 【Hollows and Gaps】 - The vibration of the machinery has worsened. I would like you to check for any voids. - There are cracks in the floor where trucks drive. I am concerned about the possibility of voids beneath the floor. - Due to flooding, the soil beneath the floor has been washed away, creating voids.

【REFLECTIX Customer Feedback】Heat Insulation Wire Method for Rental Factories

Introducing a case where the environment has become very easy to work in, with cool summers and warm winters!

We would like to introduce a case where the thermal insulation material "REFLECTIX" was adopted in a rental factory located in Higashi-Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture. The factory has a high ceiling, and although there was a desire to install air conditioning in the workspace, the building is old. Therefore, our product was used as ceiling material to create approximately 100 tsubo (about 330 square meters) of workspace within the factory. After the installation, we received feedback stating, "The working environment has improved significantly, and we now have a space where the air conditioning works well. I believe it was also good in terms of cost." 【Case Overview】 - Since the factory is a rental warehouse, a workspace was secured with steel frames inside the factory, and our product was installed on the ceiling. - A wire method was developed and implemented to ensure the product was installed without wrinkles for better workability. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Melt Core/Visualization Model: Advantages of Vacuum Casting Method

Make the impossible possible! Reproduce product shapes with undercuts using casting methods! Utilize the characteristics of cast products to create a visual model of integration!

"Vacuum casting" is widely known as a method for creating plastic prototypes without the need for expensive and time-consuming mold creation. For shapes that have undercuts, which are typically produced in mass production using blow molding or DSI methods, expensive molds were created even at the prototype stage to obtain prototypes, as the vacuum casting method could not accommodate such shapes. In the melt core vacuum casting project for manufacturing air intake ducts, we aim to achieve both short lead times and low costs by reproducing shapes that were previously impossible with "vacuum casting." **Features** - Prototypes can be produced with uniform wall thickness and precision for complexly curved pipes, intake boots, duct systems, and bellows shapes. - Depending on the shape, production in rigid materials is possible, as well as integrated products of soft and rigid materials. - It is suitable for creating visualization models of various mechanical components. For verification tests in flow analysis, it is possible to produce integrated castings of internal undercut flow areas using a special melt core method. This is particularly useful for visualizing transmission components to aid in the development of oil flow analysis. For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
