Powerful cold pack / Item number M1592CH-18-500g

A groundbreaking lineup of cold packs that reach -18°C. Moreover, they maintain the specified temperature range for an extended period.

● Achieves long-lasting cooling with overwhelming cold retention performance. The cold packs themselves last longer than conventional products. When combined with commercially available coolers, they can maintain cooling for about 30 hours. ● You can choose the optimal cold retention range for quality preservation. The powerful cold packs are available in three types: -18℃, 0℃, and +3℃, within the range of -18℃ to +3℃, adjusted by component formulation. This allows for management at the optimal temperature range for each transport item. * Generally, cold packs require about a 10℃ temperature difference to freeze in a freezer. For example, for the 0℃ type, a freezer that can maintain -10℃ is essential. However, the -18℃ type is specially developed to freeze even with a relatively low temperature difference and can be frozen in a typical freezer at around -23℃. * Basically, each temperature type is made to order. * The temperatures indicated by the type names are reference values showing that they can be maintained within the surrounding temperature ranges, and do not represent the actual maintenance temperature of the product itself.

Cooling agent "Cool Lab ICE"

Aiming to reduce dry ice in the food cold chain!

We would like to introduce our cold pack, "Cool Lab ICE." This product is newly developed as a low-temperature cold pack to replace dry ice used for transporting frozen foods. It has powerful cooling capabilities that can keep frozen foods cold even when the cooling box is opened during delivery. Compared to many frozen cold packs with a melting point of -25 to -27°C, this product has a low melting point of -31°C and is designed to quickly lower temperatures. 【Features】 - Enhanced cooling power: A low melting point cold pack that can be frozen to the limits of existing cold storage facilities. - Improved cooling efficiency: A container that increases the specific surface area to enhance heat dissipation. - Material that maintains low temperatures. - A container that rapidly lowers temperatures. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

【Q&A】What should I do if I want to raise the temperature above the outside temperature?

We use liquid state coolants and heat storage agents! Introducing Q&A.

In winter, when the outside temperature is always lower than the temperature inside the box, heat that has flowed out is compensated for by radiating it using refrigerants or heat storage agents. Radiation occurs when the refrigerants or heat storage agents undergo a phase change from liquid to solid, so it is necessary to prepare the refrigerants or heat storage agents in liquid form in advance. *For detailed Q&A content, please refer to the related links.
