40SH semi-rigid urethane cushioning material

40SH is suitable as cushioning material because it is resistant to deformation. Semi-rigid polyurethane cushioning materials are suitable for die-cutting.

We will process the 40SH semi-rigid foam manufactured by Toyo Quality One. Due to the hardness of the material, warping and chipping may occur depending on the thickness during pressing. Laminated bonding using double-sided tape is also possible.

High-density polyethylene packaging cushioning material
