Diagnosis technology for the health of residents using air conditioners and air purifiers, and indoor air quality.

Explanation of the development of diagnostic technology for residents' health and indoor air quality!

We will introduce an example of collecting residents' biogas, obtaining health information, and measuring air quality. We captured biogenic chemical substances that had diffused in indoor air and conducted precise chemical analysis using GC/MS, IC, HPLC, etc. By using our self-developed collection materials, we achieved the collection and simultaneous analysis of chemical substances. Additionally, since the passive format does not require a pump, it allows for miniaturization and easy installation. In simulations where biogas collection cartridges are used in combination with air purifiers or air conditioners, we verified the airflow of the air purifiers and determined the placement position. Utilizing the airflow from air purifiers, we can uniformly collect chemical substances that have diffused evenly throughout the indoor environment. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Simple deterioration diagnosis technology for lubricating oil 'Idemitsu Smart OC'

Easily diagnose the degradation state of lubricants on the spot using a smartphone. Determine the remaining lifespan rate and contribute to stable machine operation through efficient maintenance. *Exhibited at JIMTOF.

"Idemitsu Smart OC" is a technology that allows for easy on-site diagnosis of the degradation and contamination status of lubricants using a smartphone and a photography module. By simply photographing the lubricant placed in the module with a smartphone, a dedicated app performs analysis based on lubricant analysis data, calculating the remaining lifespan percentage and the quantity and size of contaminants.
