Low dielectric black (black color) dispersion liquid (development product)

We offer "low dielectric constant black dispersion liquid" as an item to easily achieve low dielectric constant.

It is considered that "low dielectric constant" is an effective factor in achieving "low latency" in next-generation communication systems. Features: - The black nanoparticles are uniformly dispersed, resulting in good coloration and excellent long-term stability. - They have a significant advantage in terms of low dielectric constant compared to conventional black nanoparticles (carbon black) (they can maintain a low dielectric constant). - We are designing for dispersion (and compatibility design) using NMP/DMAc as the main solvent, with the intention of imparting color (black) to low dielectric materials such as polyimide (PI) and liquid crystal polymer (LCP), as well as for circuit concealment. - Please consult us for customization options such as solvent changes to cyclohexanone (anon)/MEK/toluene for low dielectric materials like epoxy/bismaleimide/cycloolefin polymer (COP)/polyphenylene ether (PPE), as well as improvements in compatibility.

High concentration low dielectric constant filler dispersion.

We offer a "high-concentration low-dielectric constant filler dispersion" that is highly dispersed with spherical silica and spherical boron nitride nanoparticles.

Spherical silica is often used as a filler to protect electronic materials, particularly semiconductors, and by using special spherical silica, we are able to implement "low dielectric constant." Additionally, boron nitride is well-known for its excellent thermal conductivity, but it also possesses excellent insulation and low dielectric constant. Since hexagonal boron nitride is in the form of spherical nanoparticles rather than flakes, it is expected to provide heat dissipation without the need for controlling anisotropy, in addition to having a low dielectric constant. Customization is available according to your needs (such as improving compatibility with target materials or changing solvents).

Media various functional filler dispersion liquid

What are various functional filler dispersion liquids (development products) for UV cationic/anionic/frontal polymerization epoxy/oxetane/vinyl ether media?

Thermosetting resins such as epoxy resins are commonly used for adhesives and sealants in electrical and electronic applications, but the majority of these cure through heat, which limits the range of applications. In addition to thermal curing reactions, epoxy resins have long been polymerized through cationic UV curing. Recently, with the development of excellent photobase generators, anionic UV curing and frontal UV curing have also been put into practical use. Furthermore, oxetanes can be synthesized through ring-opening polymerization caused by acids generated during cationic UV curing. Cationic/anionic/frontal polymerization offers faster curing compared to thermosetting and achieves comparable physical properties. Additionally, it has advantages such as being unaffected by oxygen inhibition like radical polymerization and having a low shrinkage rate. It is also possible to cure deep within thick films.

A Handbook Understandable Even for High School Students: What "Dispersion" Means for Stabilizing Color Uniformly

What is decentralization in the first place? Where is it used? Let's explain the decentralized technology that is close to us but not very well known in an easy-to-understand way!

Rice cookers, pens, inkjet inks, cosmetics, toys, and more are all around us, overflowing with various colors. Pigments are one of the materials (raw materials) used to color objects. Dispersing refers to the process of evenly spreading pigments (colors) in a solution and stabilizing them so that they do not stick together or separate. I will explain the somewhat unfamiliar keyword "dispersion" in an easy-to-understand manner, using practical examples. This has been created as an introduction for those handling chemical products (especially coloring agents such as inks, paints, and toners) from high school students to working professionals. Why do color unevenness and lack of gloss occur? This explanation discusses how these issues can be resolved through dispersion technology, based on chemical and physical methods. For more details, please download the catalog from the link below.

Titanium dioxide nanoparticle dispersion liquid 'nanotita pro'

Resistant to dirt and easy to clean even when dirty! It effectively demonstrates long-term deodorizing, antibacterial, and anti-stain effects steadily and reliably.

"Nanotita Pro" is a colorless and transparent titanium oxide aqueous solution that has been broken down to the level of fine particles and dispersed in water. By spraying it onto the target object, the titanium oxide fine particles in the water bond with the atoms and electrons on the surface of the target object, allowing for a long-lasting catalytic effect without the need for binders, and without altering the material or texture of the target object. The catalytic function is significantly influenced by how widely it is exposed on the surface of the substrate, and this product can achieve catalytic functionality across the entire surface of the substrate by bonding with its atoms and electrons. 【Features】 ■ Odor prevention and deodorization - Breaks down odor-causing substances ■ Antibacterial and mold prevention - Breaks down bacteria and suppresses their occurrence and proliferation ■ Stain resistance - Difficult to stain and easy to clean if stained *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Compared to conventional silver ion antibacterial agents, this new material excels in component stability, antibacterial durability, and product applicability, and is being globally commercialized. It can be used as a raw material for water-based inorganic antibacterial agents, as well as a substitute for preservatives in cosmetics such as shampoos, conditioners, body cleansers, and soaps. The weight ratio of the nano-sized silver particles contained in this liquid is adjusted to 1% (10,000 ppm) of the total, and a highly safe polymer-based stabilizer is used. 【Features】 NANOPURE PR-WB14R has the following excellent characteristics: 1) Special manufacturing methods allow for the dispersion of nano-sized silver particles (particle size: approximately 10 nm) in a highly concentrated state within the liquid. 2) It contains a high concentration of silver but is colorless and transparent. 3) During liquid drying, the polymer component (PVP) retains the silver in its nano-sized form, maintaining antibacterial properties and stability. 4) By simply incorporating it into existing products, it can add high antibacterial and deodorizing capabilities. 5) It is a new type of nano-silver antibacterial agent that differs from conventional silver ion antibacterial agents.

[Information] Nano-dispersion technology using ultra-microsized zirconia beads

Introducing our nano dispersion technology that "disperses 1st particle aggregates = unravels!"

This document introduces nanodispersion technology using ultra-fine zirconia beads. It includes an illustrative diagram of nanosoft dispersion using a bead mill dispersing machine, as well as characteristics of products such as the "ZrO2 dispersion liquid DLZ series" and the "BaTiO3 dispersion liquid DLB series." Additionally, it also introduces carbon nanotube dispersion technology. [Contents] ■ Development of nanosoft dispersion technology ■ Daiseki Chemical's nanodispersion processing services & sales of nanodispersion liquids ■ Flow of nanodispersion processing services ■ Carbon nanotube dispersion technology *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
