[Clean Room Case] Mist Collection Device for Large 5-Axis Machining Center

By enclosing only locally instead of surrounding the entire device, efficient dust collection can be achieved without the need for a large dust collector.

We received a request from a customer who has large processing machines in their factory, wanting to prevent impurities such as dust from adhering to processed products, and also to ensure that processing powder does not scatter around. In response, we installed a "mist collection device for large 5-axis processing machines." By enclosing only specific areas instead of the entire device, we can efficiently collect dust without the need for a large dust collector. If you are struggling with effective dust collection methods, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to provide suitable proposals on-site. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to reach out to us.

【Dust Collector Implementation Case】Collecting mist in the factory at one-third the cost!

It seems that they were satisfied with both the price and effectiveness of the dust collector introduction, and they have installed several similar units in another factory of the same company! If you are considering the introduction of a dust collector, leave it to us!

K Company, a precision machinery parts manufacturer, has newly introduced about 70 cutting machines. Along with this, they were considering the introduction of a dust collector that could handle the following conditions. Since cutting fluid is used, oil mist rises from the machines, creating a very poor environment in the factory. Furthermore, the permeability of the cutting fluid is very high, causing it to infiltrate even into the control panels attached to the cutting machines, which frequently led to malfunctions of the control panels. Installing individual small dust collection devices (mist collectors) was quite challenging, so it was decided to use one large-capacity dust collector to address the issue. Since it was stated that "the exhaust is within the factory premises, so some leakage is not a problem," a solution that had slightly inferior collection efficiency but was inexpensive (about one-third the cost of other manufacturers) and easy to maintain was proposed. As a result, the amount of mist drifting in the factory significantly decreased, visibility near the ceiling improved, and there were no more malfunctions of the control panels. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

【Dust Collector Implementation Case】Collecting all chips, shavings, and dust within the factory.

The issue of dust scattering around has been resolved! Waste emissions have also significantly improved, leading to increased work efficiency! If you are considering the introduction of dust collectors, whether large or small, leave it to us!

Company S, engaged in the processing industry, has a factory so white that work cannot be done without masks and glasses. There were 22 small dust collectors installed on the second floor, but their effectiveness was lacking. The waste collection process was also inconvenient and labor-intensive, and the dust collectors were insufficient in capacity. Additionally, complaints from nearby residents regarding noise and dust had been received, and when constructing a new factory, they expressed a desire to achieve a perfect factory hygiene environment. Therefore, we calculated the necessary dust collection capacity for all processing machines and selected and manufactured dust collectors that met the overall requirements of the factory. We designed the dust collector discharge section to allow for easy and clean waste disposal. With the enhanced dust collection power, the issue of dust scattering has been resolved. Waste disposal has significantly improved, leading to increased work efficiency. The noise from the dust collectors is below the standard level, so there have been no complaints from residents. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

[Case Study] Oil Smoke Control in Quenching and Tempering Furnaces

An example where the working environment has improved, resulting in workers inhaling less oil smoke.

The blade manufacturing company M has about 10 quenching and tempering furnaces, which caused the factory to be in a state where the other side could not be seen due to the oil smoke. Previously, a fan was used to create airflow from behind the workers to prevent them from inhaling the oil smoke. However, when the indoor space became filled with oil smoke, the fan only ended up blowing more oil smoke into the area, rendering it ineffective. Therefore, we implemented local exhaust for the oil smoke from the quenching and tempering furnaces. An electric dust collector was installed at the discharge port of the automatic quenching furnace. Additionally, hoods were installed near the oil tank and sawdust tank used for quenching and tempering. Ultimately, electric dust collectors were introduced for the seven furnaces that produced a significant amount of oil smoke. As a result, the working environment improved, and the workers inhaled less oil smoke. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

[Construction Example] Due to large-scale painting, the surroundings cannot be enclosed. Company N, a hardware manufacturing manufacturer.

Securing sufficient airflow! A case that solved the issue of "unable to enclose the surroundings due to large item painting."

At Company N, a manufacturer of metal fittings, there were concerns such as, "We have a painting booth, but the exhaust isn't quite effective," and "Since we handle large items like multi-story parking lots, we can't enclose the painting space. Is there a way to exhaust efficiently?" In response, we devised a push-pull system that does not require enclosing the top or sides, allowing for efficient exhaust. We were able to secure sufficient airflow, effectively exhausting almost all paint debris and particles, and since there was no need to enclose the products, work efficiency was not compromised. 【Case Overview】 ■ Challenges - Due to the size of the products, large machinery like cranes was needed for their movement. - It was necessary to keep the top and sides open to secure a route for product movement. ■ Results - Sufficient airflow was secured, allowing for the effective exhaust of paint debris and particles. - Work efficiency was not compromised as there was no need to enclose the products. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Construction Example] Local Exhaust and Dust Collection for Lost Wax Manufacturer K Company

Dust collection and local exhaust for each manufacturing process! A case where the factory no longer has a white haze from oil mist.

At Company K, a lost-wax manufacturer, there was a challenge with the generation of oil smoke and dust during the wax mold manufacturing process. Previously, exhaust was handled by ventilation fans, but this resulted in the exhaust being released directly outside, causing external surfaces to become rusted and stained with oil smoke. To address this, we improved the environment by implementing dust collection and localized exhaust systems for each manufacturing process (both indoors and outdoors). The factory is no longer hazy with oil smoke, and by extending aluminum flexible ducts to the workers' stations, the amount of oil smoke inhaled by the workers has also decreased. 【Project Overview】 ■ Localized exhaust for oil smoke generated when bonding wax ■ Installation of dust collection equipment to separate sand and air using a cyclone for exhaust ■ Installation of dust collection equipment to filter oil smoke using a filter ■ Installation of dust collection equipment to separate iron powder and air using a cyclone for exhaust *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
