Daido Electric Industry is currently offering ferrite cores with GAP processing! We have newly introduced a GAP processing machine that was also used by ferrite core manufacturing manufacturers. One method to adjust the characteristics of coils using ferrite cores is to shave the core's middle foot, which is commonly referred to as "gap processing." Until now, Daido Electric Industry has been performing gap processing manually, but by introducing the GAP processing machine, we have been able to reduce the working time to about one-third of the conventional time, and the processing accuracy has significantly improved.
