Ihara is thoroughly committed to reducing waste in both the production process and the usage phase. Since Ihara designs molds for plastic processing in-house and produces materials, it can create joints with minimal cutting chips. As a result, material waste can be reduced by up to 97%, and lead times and costs can be minimized. Additionally, regarding contamination, which is waste during usage, Ihara has developed a joint called "NNT" (an abbreviation for "Smooth Flowing Joint") by using the aforementioned plastic processing technology to clean the inner surface, which was traditionally machined. With NNT, contamination is significantly reduced compared to conventional products, allowing for cleaner fluids within the piping. KTFF solves injury troubles! (Automatic welding joint)

Ihara made a joint that is a little innovative with the obvious "certain thing," so that it doesn't hurt your hands and the heater doesn't tear.

When assembling semiconductor manufacturing equipment, we often hear concerns like, "It's dangerous because the gas piping can injure your hands or gloves," and "Wrapping a heater around the gas piping can cause it to tear." Therefore, we at Ihara sought to solve this problem by asking, "What causes hand injuries?" As a result, we developed the automatic welding joint KTFF, which does not injure hands. By changing the manufacturing process, we were able to reduce issues such as injuries to hands and gloves and tearing of heaters.
