Based on the principles of turbines that have been proven in the past, fluid acts on the inclined surfaces of precision turbine blades, causing them to rotate. The movement at the tips of each blade is detected by sensors built into the main body of the measuring instrument, converted into pulse signals, and then the frequency is converted into flow rate.
With a rated pressure of 3.5 MPa (maximum 34.5 MPa optional) and a rated temperature of 110°C (optional 232°C), it can accommodate many industries. We offer 12 sizes (0.7 L/min to 18,000 L/min) with screw-type (straight G thread [male thread] and tapered R thread [female thread] up to 40 MPa) or JIS 10K-RF flange connections, allowing us to meet various customer requirements. You can choose from three methods: 1] millivolt sine wave, 2] rectangular wave (square wave), or 3] 4-20 mA analog signal.
