Q: An foreign object has accidentally been mixed in. What should I do? A: If a foreign object has fallen into the disposer, please do not move it recklessly before removing it. Reckless movement can cause it to jam, leading to malfunction. First, for safety reasons, make sure to unplug the disposer before proceeding with any work. - If the object was mixed in while stopped, simply remove it as is. - If it was mixed in while running, immediately turn off the switch, unplug it, and after confirming that it has stopped, proceed to remove the object. - If a jam occurs, use the designated tool to unlock it before removing the foreign object.
