Features of On-Site Biogas Generation Equipment
Operation is now possible in a small facility about 1/10 the size of the conventional scale!
In conventional technology, an economic feasibility required a daily organic waste output of over 10 tons. However, about 90% of businesses produce less than 3 tons of organic waste per day, making it difficult to utilize. The onsite biogasification system we are introducing has the following features: - It allows for the inexpensive production of fermentation tanks by utilizing general-purpose FRP purification tanks. - By adopting high-temperature fermentation at 55°C, it enables faster processing speeds and allows for the treatment of a larger amount of organic waste within the same volume. As a result, it has become possible to operate even in small-scale facilities with an organic waste output of 1 to 3 tons per day. In line with national policy, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries is prioritizing methanation under the Food Recycling Law, leading to an increasing demand for biogasification. **Benefits of Introducing Biogasification Systems:** - The CO2 generated from burning biogas originates from the CO2 absorbed by biomass from the atmosphere, achieving carbon neutrality. - By converting food waste generated within the facility into energy (electricity or heat), it is possible to reduce CO2 emissions through decreased usage of new energy sources. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
