Our company has been dedicated to gear cutting since 1948, cultivating our technology and knowledge. We own five Japanese-made horizontal screw milling machines and specialize in gear cutting for long shafts. We perform involute spline machining for large press machine clutch brake shafts and segment-type screw shafts, as well as processing non-standard square splines that cannot be hobbed, providing gear cutting services that other companies cannot offer. Additionally, we have a wide variety of hobs for gears (JIS), involute splines (JIS, DIN, SAE), and square splines (JIS). 【Product List】 ■ Long Spline Possible pitch up to M10.
