Successful mass production of high-quality graphene! 【*Point materials will be provided】

We look forward to consulting on product development that utilizes graphene as a two-dimensional material in fields such as electronics, healthcare, and IT.

Air Membrane has succeeded in mass-producing high-quality graphene. We synthesize high-quality graphene and two-dimensional materials over large areas using methods such as CVD. Furthermore, we are engaged in product development utilizing these materials. Our strengths lie in high-speed large-area graphene film formation and control of the number of graphene layers. 【Expected Applications】 ■ High-speed transistors, sensors ■ Heat dissipation sheets ■ Flexible displays, touch panels, etc. * We are currently offering materials that explain graphene! Graphene flower made from carbon material

Directly synthesized multilayer graphene

First, we will further reduce the number of layers of graphene that make up the graphene flower. The current standard product has a thickness of around 2 nm, but we will reduce this to around 1 nm. Our unique manufacturing process is a bottom-up approach, so it is possible to synthesize monolayer graphene if the size is small, but we believe it is necessary to reduce the number of layers while ensuring a size of several micrometers. Additionally, we have tubularized the graphene flower. Compared to conventional CNTs, it features a thinner wall and a larger internal space. This aims to avoid the health hazards associated with conventional CNTs. Since the basic technology has already been developed, we can supply it on a custom basis. Furthermore, with our high-speed CVD process, we can mass-synthesize a wide range of nano-carbon materials, including a novel structure of carbon nanofibers with graphene stacked in a cup shape (product name: Carbon Worm).
