We would like to introduce the bird damage prevention measures for the thin-layer tray-type rooftop greening system, for which we obtained a utility model in May 2023. The bird damage prevention measures we are introducing are optional components of the thin-layer tray-type rooftop greening system. It includes a bird damage prevention net and creates space to prevent birds from landing on the planting area of the rooftop greening. The materials used to create space for deploying the bird damage prevention net in the planting area are the bird damage prevention net, wire, and L-shaped brackets for securing it. The construction method is suitable for the standard thin-layer tray rooftop greening system. Bird damage prevention can be installed according to our usual construction method. After laying out the trays with 500mm square planting areas, L-shaped brackets are installed on top of the securing brackets that hold the trays in place. There is a hole at the top of the L-shaped brackets. A wire is threaded through this hole and stretched around the perimeter. This ensures that even when the net is placed over the rooftop greening, space is maintained.
