Automation of disk grinders with robots is possible.
By simply attaching it to the "Air Float Type Deburring Attachment Model AF40," it can be utilized as a "Float Type Disc Grinder"! With a simple installation using a spring ring and spindle stopper, it provides an immediate operational environment.
■ Added disc grinder functionality to the AF40 model! The conventional motor spindle of the AF40 model could only use shaft-mounted tools such as carbide burrs, spindle-mounted electroplated grinding wheels, and brushes. With the installation of this sander unit, the use of electric disc grinders becomes possible. This expands the methods for deburring work and allows for flexible responses to diverse needs.
■ Automation of the sanding process with robots has evolved. Utilizing the float mechanism of the AF40 model, disc grinders can now be used even with small robots. This further advances the automation of deburring work and improves work efficiency.
■ High-quality disc grinder from HiKOKI adopted. The sander unit model SU-001 features the HiKOKI G10SH7 disc grinder. With a high-performance 1,160W motor, it achieves high-speed rotation of 12,000 RPM, providing stable finishing results.
