It has many pores and is less prone to grinding burns! It is used in a wide range of fields from rough grinding to precision grinding.
The "Vitrified Bonding Method" involves adding inorganic materials such as feldspar and clay as a binder to the abrasive grains, mixing in an appropriate amount of auxiliary agents, kneading, molding, and firing at a high temperature of 1,300°C for production.
These products have a high porosity, are less prone to grinding burns, and are used in a wide range of applications from coarse grinding (#20 and above) to precision grinding (up to #4000).
Recently, grinding wheels with larger pores have been developed, expanding their application as grinding wheels that alleviate clogging during grinding.
