These records were collected and delivered to the supervisor the next morning in a bundle. Every day, the supervisor would see the "bundle of daily reports" and feel overwhelmed. Since the records were handwritten, the quality level varied by recorder, and it took time for the supervisor to understand the content. ◆ Issues - Data indicating the situation is not being collected in real-time. - Data indicating the situation is being recorded by equipment personnel in handwritten daily reports. ◆◆ Improvement Proposal - Numerical information and simple judgment information (presence/absence, pass/fail, etc.) should be automatically recorded in real-time using an IoT system. - Important parts of the daily report, such as "issue identification" and "observations," should be recorded freely in handwritten form.
