This time, we would like to introduce an example of our achievements: the [Marking Inspection Device (Automatic Conveyance)] that we designed. [Specifications of the Marking Inspection Device (Automatic Conveyance)] 1. Serial number is marked after the workpiece is loaded. 2. Color inspection (to check the orientation of the workpiece), airtightness inspection (twice), and flow rate inspection are automatically performed. 3. If any defects occur during any process, they are dropped into the provided defect box. 4. After inspection is completed, only the passed items are conveyed to the inspection completion box.
