Sonopole 4000 Sonoplator
Ultrasound Gene Introduction & FUS System Sonopore KTAC-4000
The Sonopole 4000 is a wide-area high-frequency transmitter and amplifier with excellent operability, designed for sonoporation, a non-invasive method for introducing genes and drugs into cells and tissues. The output frequency, output wattage, pulse duty ratio, burst rate (repetition cycle), and sweep function (automatic frequency variation) are continuously variable, allowing for the setting of various combinations of experimental conditions. Automatic measurement of the actual output wattage is possible, and it is displayed in real-time, enabling confirmation of the output wattage during experiments. The probe is a flexible type that can be replaced, and the ultrasonic transducer at the tip is compact, allowing irradiation of areas that were previously difficult to target, thus expanding experimental possibilities. The combination with microbubbles can enhance gene delivery efficiency. It can be used for both In Vivo and In Vitro experiments with a single unit. Please contact us for custom probes.
