A case study on understanding the behavior of multiple lenses mounted in a drop fixture during drop impact!
We conduct drop impact simulations that replicate actual reliability test conditions for the reliability evaluation of micro lenses. In this case, we evaluate the acceleration experienced by multiple lens units mounted on a frame designed to resemble a smartphone. The simulation analyzes the acceleration variations during drops under different conditions and lens arrangements in detail, allowing for the optimization of fixtures and lens configurations to improve the accuracy of reliability evaluations.
