Sediment Volume and Water Level Observation System [Software Development Case Study]

A case where firmware development for riverbed sediment quantity loggers and the construction of a web server environment were carried out!

We would like to introduce a case study of the development of a sediment measurement and water level observation system for a riverbed for a measurement equipment manufacturer. We received a request from the company to develop a system related to measurement data (water level and sediment volume) from the riverbed sediment measurement sensor. In response, we developed the firmware for the riverbed sediment measurement logger, established a web server environment, built a LoRa communication module, and delivered a solution that included AWS and a web application. [Case Overview] ■ Request - Development of a system that records measurement data (water level and sediment volume) from the riverbed sediment measurement sensor onto an SD card, displays it on an LCD, transmits the measurement data via wireless communication (LoRa communication line), and allows data viewing on a PC and tablet web browser. ■ Proposal: Development of riverbed sediment measurement logger software and a web server data viewing system utilizing AWS cloud computing services. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
