MC Nylon, solid, machining

We handle solid sheets and blocks of MC nylon. We manufacture them from solid material using milling machines and machining processes.

MC901 Machining Small Batches

MC901 also widely accepts processing from small lot prototypes. Since machined products do not require molds, it is possible to refine the shape while conducting several rounds of prototyping.

Machining thin-walled capsules with a thickness of 0.02mm to a fit tolerance of H6.

Awarded the Gold Prize in the Prototype and Test Machining Parts category at the 17th Cutting Processing Dream Contest hosted by DMG Mori Seiki.

We have made it as thin as 0.02mm ± 0.003mm through cutting processes alone, and further finished it with tight fit tolerances of hole H6 (+0.008/0) and shaft h6 (0/-0.008). Additionally, because the thickness has been reduced to 0.02mm, any slight misalignment during setup can cause it to tear immediately.
