[Cutting Processing Case in Saitama] Pneumatic Equipment <Ryoshima Milling>

Utilizing NC lathes and machining centers, we can accommodate not only prototypes but also production runs of around a thousand units!

We would like to introduce a processing case of "pneumatic equipment" that we conducted. For complex internal diameter machining of angular parts, we performed processing using a lathe, double-sided milling machine, and machining center. By using a double-sided milling machine instead of the usual machining, we shortened the processing time to accommodate mass production. Additionally, we are capable of drilling holes smaller than Φ1 and performing turning operations up to Φ300.
