A model equipped with a UV laser head developed by an inspection equipment manufacturer for laser marking devices. It supports both double-sided printing and single-sided (top side) printing, compatible with L-size substrates (510mm x 460mm). The UV laser reduces damage to substrates compared to CO2 lasers and is also effective for printing on resin materials such as IC components and connector parts. Additionally, it features high versatility for printing on materials like metal plates and ceramic substrates. The Jutz laser marker station is equipped with a camera, lighting, and appearance inspection software as standard, allowing for high-precision correction of printing positions to print exactly where intended. For example, it can arrange workpieces on a tray and perform position correction for each workpiece. By connecting the input and output machines in sequence, the laser marking process can be automated. ♦ Position correction can be performed in microns using the standard-equipped camera for recognition mark correction. ♦ Customization of software for inputting printing data, log output, etc., is possible. ♦ The movable laser head allows for high-resolution printing at any position on the workpiece. ♦ It can read pre-prepared files from servers, allowing for changes in printing content for each workpiece.
