This is an introduction to a case where we resolved a request for a quotation for the design of packaging materials for the shipment of rubber raw materials.

We received a request from our customer for a quotation on the design of packaging materials for shipping rubber raw materials to a new client in South Korea. Leveraging our strength in the flexible design of packaging materials, we proposed a special specification packaging that incorporates thick cardboard into a U-shaped sleeve. The strength to withstand the swelling of rubber raw materials, as well as the packaging size designed with consideration for loading efficiency in a 20ft container, were both highly evaluated, leading to our selection. This is an introduction to a case where we proposed a packaging solution for a customer who was struggling with the packaging material for a nozzle that is 4 meters long. Using wooden boxes increases the packaging weight, resulting in higher transportation costs. The customer was also concerned about the longer lead times. After receiving their inquiry, we proposed a packaging solution for the 4-meter-long nozzle.
