The company MEHWALD was established in 1973 by Mr. Ralph Mehwald and entered into a licensing agreement with Robert Bosch in 1990 regarding the testing of components for diesel injection systems, starting the sale of Bosch injection test benches. In 1999, it became part of the Bosch Group and is the only company within the Bosch Group that can sell test benches for injection systems using Bosch's testing and measurement technology. Additionally, it also handles test benches for gasoline. In recent years, it has also been developing measurement devices for fuel cells.
