Osaka Fuji Industrial has numerous construction achievements with its unique welding materials!

In powder plasma cladding (PTA) and laser cladding (LMD) that use powder as a filler material, various combinations of materials are possible. However, in powder plasma cladding, when there is a significant difference in density between the matrix metal material (Ni-based alloy: 8g/cm³) and WC (17g/cm³), a bias in the dispersion of WC occurs within the cladding layer. In laser cladding, even with composite alloys that have a large density difference, uniform dispersion can be achieved from the surface. Osaka Fuji Industry is advancing the development of various composite materials in addition to carbide-based composites. Furthermore, based on our experience with powder plasma cladding, we possess a variety of proprietary developed alloys and can propose the optimal materials according to the environment in which they will be used and the required characteristics.
