The MIM manufacturing method involves molding two parts and joining them, but it allows for molding with a single mold. This eliminates PL step differences at the joints and deformation of hollow sections due to joining pressure, resulting in cost reductions through integration. Depending on the metal material, it can flexibly accommodate difficult-to-machine materials (such as stainless steel and titanium) and complex shapes, enabling metal molding.
