We received a request from an engineering company that handles boiler installation work for a major canned food manufacturer, stating, "Delivery time is the top priority, and we want to neutralize the boiler wastewater." Additionally, price was also a significant concern, so we proposed the best price along with the delivery time, leading to a quick decision after several exchanges. Since the wastewater will be at a high temperature of around 80°C, the tank is made of heat-resistant PE, and the raw water pump adopted is our heat-resistant submersible pump JCVH-40-A (with float). [Case Study] Neutralization Treatment of Dialysis Wastewater

Large processing capacity for dialysis drainage: 2200L/Hr! Delivered and constructed in close collaboration with Kajima Corporation.

We received an inquiry about a neutralization system from a dialysis clinic in Gifu Prefecture. Since there was no existing neutralization system, we collaborated with the clinic to proceed with the design of the new system. As the company is a specialized dialysis hospital with a large number of beds, the processing capacity is 2200L/Hr, making it a large system for dialysis wastewater. Considering the high-temperature wastewater inflow, we selected a heat-resistant PE for the neutralization tank. For the submersible pump to draw water from the pit, we chose our corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant submersible pump, the "LC-HC series." We meticulously coordinated the specifications with our company, Kajima Corporation, and the clinic, successfully completing the installation. 【Case Study】Neutralization Treatment at a Concrete Plant

Collected the supernatant from the sedimentation tank and neutralized it! An example of our support in preparing documents for submission to the government office.

We received a request from a concrete factory in the Chubu region stating, "We would like to neutralize the wastewater generated from washing concrete trucks." Upon further inquiry, we learned that while there is an existing sedimentation tank, there is no neutralization equipment. They were urgently considering this matter due to a notice from the authorities. Therefore, we proposed a flow where the supernatant from the existing sedimentation tank would be neutralized and then discharged. Since the sedimentation tank has a strong alkaline condition, we suggested using a corrosion-resistant submersible pump of the LC type and installed electrodes for liquid level control to ensure only the supernatant is drawn. This matter involved multiple documents due to the authorities' notice, but our company supported the submission of these documents, allowing us to clear the issues without any problems. We received an inquiry from a paint factory in Kumamoto Prefecture asking if a custom-made neutralization device could be produced. The order was placed due to the evaluation of our ability to meet all requirements, such as not using a stirrer for the mixing of the neutralization device and operating according to the level sensor of the neutralization tank.
