We received a contact from a design company in the Kanto region and would like to introduce a case where we delivered an "automatic pH neutralization device" to Kanto Gastroenterology Clinic. The request was to "neutralize the wastewater from the cleaning machine," and the available installation space was approximately 500×500 mm with a height of about 1000 mm. Within this range, it was necessary to complete the chemical injection, stirring, and control panel. Due to the need for installation within the clinic, space-saving installation was a must, and there were strict requirements for operation on 100V single-phase power and minimal operational noise. We ordered a custom-sized control panel and achieved space-saving by mounting everything above the neutralization tank. ● Neutralization of strong acid in a 500×500 space A major construction machinery manufacturer consulted us, asking, "Could you create a unit for transporting AdBlue?" The construction machinery (such as cranes) is expected to be used in locations without power, and they requested that the transport unit be battery-operated. We proposed using the electric diaphragm pump model SS, which has a proven track record with urea solution, housed together with the battery and nozzle inside a box. ● Compact neutralization device for H2 1. The metering pump is used for both the injection pump and the raw water pump. By neutralizing in small amounts, we ensured reliable neutralization without leaning towards alkalinity. 2. To be installed in the pathology room, we designed the device to also accommodate the polycan of the neutralizing agent (caustic soda), while minimizing operational noise. 3. Since off-the-shelf stirring machines could not meet our needs for the neutralization tank, we manufactured our own, contributing to space-saving. 4. The simple control panel allows for easy operation. Additionally, the stirring machine can adjust its rotation speed with an inverter, enabling it to accommodate changes in processing volume.

We received an inquiry about a neutralization system from a dialysis clinic in Gifu Prefecture. Since there was no existing neutralization system, we collaborated with the clinic to proceed with the design of the new system. As the company is a specialized dialysis hospital with a large number of beds, the processing capacity is 2200L/Hr, making it a large system for dialysis wastewater. Considering the high-temperature wastewater inflow, we selected a heat-resistant PE for the neutralization tank. For the submersible pump to draw water from the pit, we chose our corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant submersible pump, the "LC-HC series." We meticulously coordinated the specifications with our company, Kajima Corporation, and the clinic, successfully completing the installation.
