Carbon neutral with oil-made kibbs.
Incorporating parts called "kibbs," which are composed of over 50% lubricating oil, will improve efficiency.
By using KIBBS to operate smoothly and efficiently, we believe it can eliminate waste, conserve energy, and effectively reduce CO2 emissions. In automatic machines and industrial machinery, there are rotating and sliding parts driven by motors. Bearings and pillow blocks are installed in areas where mechanical friction occurs, and measures are taken to reduce friction, heat generation, and vibration. These bearings and pillow blocks are treated with lubricants such as grease, which require regular replenishment. By using solid lubricant KIBBS, if we can reduce the frequency of lubricant replenishment, we can decrease the labor, time, and costs associated with maintenance, while also contributing to CO2 reduction by enabling smoother operation with less resistance and energy consumption. The current temperature range for solid lubricant KIBBS is -40°C to 80°C, making it suitable for use as a new lubricating component in many industrial machines.
