Efforts towards the SDGs and ensuring worker safety! A case where one person can now handle packaging.

We would like to introduce a case study of the development of packaging products for electric assist bicycles using our "Hype Race." Carrying products weighing around 30kg and placing them from above was burdensome for workers, and improving work efficiency through design enhancements was a challenge. Previously, items had to be lifted to a height of 1,500mm to be placed inside the box, but after development, the lifting height was reduced to 150mm, allowing for packaging by a single person. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - There was a request for all paper materials as part of our commitment to contributing to the SDGs. - Carrying products weighing around 30kg and placing them from above was a burden for workers. - Improving work efficiency through design enhancements. ■Results - Complete cardboard construction. - Specifications that consider recyclability and environmental impact. - Improved work efficiency while ensuring safety. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case where we developed a transport box for power shafts using our "Hype Race." We export special and expensive power shafts, but due to short delivery times, traditional wooden packing boxes are heavy, leading to high air freight costs, which has been a problem. After development, we were able to reduce transportation costs through lightweighting with all cardboard, and improvements in interior design also enhanced packing work efficiency. 【Case Overview】 ■ Issues - Wooden packing boxes are heavy, resulting in high air freight costs. - On-site product stabilization using foam materials took a long time for packing. - The use of wood and foam cushioning materials created disposal issues for packing materials. ■ Results - Reduced transportation costs through lightweighting with all cardboard. - Improved packing work efficiency with enhanced interior design. - Recyclable, solving the packing material disposal issue. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
