Wear-resistant components and wear-resistant piping for semiconductor manufacturing.
For wear resistance measures in the CMP slurry manufacturing process for semiconductors, we recommend Tokyo Hard Facing's alloy components and wear-resistant piping.
"CIP clad pipes" are manufactured by hot extrusion of high-quality powder produced by vacuum melting and gas atomization. Compared to HIP, centrifugal casting, thermal spraying, and build-up welding, fine carbides are uniformly dispersed, resulting in greater hardness and excellent wear resistance. Additionally, it is possible to manufacture long, thin pipes that cannot be produced using HIP, centrifugal casting, thermal spraying, or build-up techniques. 【Features】 - Extremely high wear resistance, suitable for permanent solutions - No discoloration of the pellets due to rust - Lighter than high-chrome steel piping, making installation easier - Various angles can be bent through hot bending processing - No cracks in the inner surface stellite alloy due to bending - The outer diameter is stainless steel, allowing for welding of flanges and earth lugs *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
