Plant-derived vitamin D3 microencapsulated powder CWD

High-concentration powder of plant-derived vitamin D3 microencapsulated. CWD standard of 100,000 IU/g, suitable for incorporation into aqueous food and beverages.

Plant-derived vitamin D3 microencapsulated powder is a high-concentration vitamin D3 material processed into a powder form by microencapsulating plant-derived vitamin D3. It has a specification of 100,000 IU/g and is designed as a CWD (Cold Water Dispersible) type, making it easier to consider for incorporation into aqueous products. Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is a fat-soluble vitamin used in foods, health foods, and supplements. Since typical vitamin D3 is oil-soluble, when incorporating it into aqueous beverages or powdered drinks, the form of the raw material, dispersibility, and ease of incorporation into formulations become important. This product is made by microencapsulating plant-derived vitamin D3 into a powder, making it easier to handle as a powder raw material compared to oil-based vitamin D3, and allows for consideration of incorporation into aqueous foods and beverages. With a high concentration specification of 100,000 IU/g, it is suitable for product development where a small amount of vitamin D3 is desired. It can be applied to various product forms, including powdered drinks, beverages, dietary supplements, tablets, hard capsules, gels, and general foods.

Lutein microcapsule powder 20%/10% CWD

Lutein microencapsulated CWD powder raw material. Available in two specifications of 20% and 10%, suitable for incorporation into powdered beverages, supplements, and health foods.

Lutein CWD Microcapsule Powder 20%/10% is a cold water dispersible powdered ingredient that encapsulates lutein in microcapsules. Lutein is a carotenoid component widely used in foods, health foods, and supplements. Since regular lutein is a fat-soluble component, when formulating it into water-based powdered drinks or aqueous formulations, careful consideration of the raw material form and dispersibility is necessary. This product is designed to encapsulate lutein in microcapsules as a CWD (Cold Water Dispersible) type powdered ingredient. It can be dispersed and used in cold water, making it suitable for products that require a powdered form rather than oil-based or fat-soluble lutein ingredients. Two specifications are available with contents of 20% and 10%, allowing selection based on the required lutein content and product form for the final product. It is possible to choose raw materials according to applications, from formulations requiring high-concentration lutein ingredients to lower concentration specifications that allow for easier adjustment of the incorporation amount. Various product forms incorporating lutein can be considered, including supplements, health foods, powdered drinks, stick-type products, granules, tablets, and hard capsules.
