This electricity is in direct current, so it is converted to alternating current for household use using a power conditioner. The power conditioner connects to the household distribution board, allowing for automatic buying and selling of electricity. The electricity generated during the day is used in the home, and any surplus is purchased by the power company. Additionally, when electricity cannot be generated at night or other times, only the necessary amount is purchased from the power company, allowing for automatic management and savings on utility bills. We would like to introduce a case study of a self-consumption solar power generation system that reduced electricity costs. In a supermarket (fresh food), the electricity cost before installation was 6.87 million yen per year. Due to the effects of installing solar panels, the electricity cost after installation dropped to 5.35 million yen per year, achieving a reduction of 1.52 million yen.
