This is a case study of a DC/DC converter (module for VME 3U size) that supports ultra-wide input. At the customer's request, they wanted to cover multiple models with DC24V/48V/72V/110V, but due to cost issues and the complexity of purchase management, they consulted about wanting to consolidate into one model. Additionally, for overseas products, it was necessary to switch control circuits for each input voltage range. For domestic use, we had produced two types of power supplies, but for overseas use, there was a request to produce one type that could be used for two different applications.
