AKTS Corporation's Thermokinetics can predict lifespan from accelerated test data using reaction kinetics and the Akaike Information Criterion. The storage test for lithium-ion batteries is also an accelerated test, estimating the capacity retention rate 10 years into the future from data on battery capacity retention rates. Instead of estimating lifespan using conventional methods, we calculate the degradation reaction model and its activation energy from the obtained measurement data.
